Before you buy

- Prices are fixed, non-negotiable, and does not include postage, unless stated.
- First pay first served. Reservation is only valid for buyers who have paid. (Payment is encouraged to be made within 24 hours)
- Advanced full payment to be made for restock/pre-order items. Full refund will be made if fail to restock/supply.
- No cancellation / change of item after payment is made. Full refund will be made if fail to supply the exact items.
- Please buy pre-order items only if you do not mind to wait until them to reach Malaysia from overseas.
- For pre-order items, an estimated date of arrival of the items will be notified before you pay. However sometimes we may encounter situation of arrival date to be delayed due to late payment from customers/delay of flight from the courier company/public holiday of Malaysia or country of stock supply. We will notify you on that & very much appreciate patience from customers.
- All items sold are 100% brand new and in good condition, unless stated.
- Colour might be slightly different due to screen resolutions and lighting during photoshoot.
- All measurements are taken with item laid flat. Measurements given may vary in 2-3cm.
- All accessories is not included, unless stated.
- All items are non-restockable, unless stated.
After you bought
- Goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We are not responsible for any loss / damages upon delivery of items.
- Damages to the items itself & not related to the delivery process should be notified within 3 days upon the parcel received and will be followed up. Notification after 3 days will not be entertained.
